I am Counsel in Mourant’s Luxembourg office and advise private equity clients, investment funds, multinational groups, family offices and other international investors on Luxembourg corporate law matters.

My practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations, joint ventures, restructurings, shareholder arrangements, governance matters and general corporate advisory work. I regularly advise clients throughout the full lifecycle of their Luxembourg structures, from establishment and financing through acquisitions, investments, reorganisations and exit transactions.

I have extensive experience acting on complex cross-border transactions involving Luxembourg holding, financing, fund and investment structures across a broad range of sectors and asset classes. I work closely with clients, management teams and international counsel to coordinate multi-jurisdictional projects and deliver pragmatic solutions on Luxembourg law issues.

Before qualifying as a Luxembourg lawyer, I spent ten years in senior management positions within the Luxembourg financial services industry, giving me a strong commercial understanding of the operational and regulatory environment in which clients operate.

I am recognised as a Recommended Lawyer for Private Equity by Legal 500 EMEA (2025 and 2026). I am admitted to the Luxembourg Bar and am fluent in English and French.
