I’m the Head of Private Equity, Jersey at Mourant Governance Services.

I have significant experience in providing corporate and fund administration, governance and transactional obligation services to private equity funds and their portfolio holding, carry and management incentive vehicles, to proprietary private equity promoters’ holding structures and to special purpose vehicles, including asset-backed securitisations, structured finance transactions, master trust and commercial papers programmes.

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, I spent nearly nine years with Crestbridge (now Gen II) and Aztec.
