I’m the Managing Director and an Authorised Manager of the regulated business of Mourant Governance Services in Luxembourg. I specialise in fund administration, accounting, financial reporting and governance services for Luxembourg investment and corporate structures.

With more than 25 years’ experience in financial services, I have held senior leadership positions with a number of leading international corporate and fund-services providers in Luxembourg. Since 2016, I have served as Director and an Authorised Manager within a of a specialised professional of the financial sector supervised by the Luxembourg Financial regulator (CSSF).

I also act as a director of regulated and non-regulated entities, with particular experience across private equity, private credit, multinational and real estate investment structures.
