Olivia Palloch

I am based in the Mourant Jersey office within the Investment Funds practice.

I advise on the structuring, establishment, operation, and regulation of investment funds and other investment structures, including the establishment, operation, and regulation of both regulated and non-regulated service providers to such structures.

While I advise across asset classes, my particular expertise lies in private equity. I act for a wide range of clients, from first-time managers to institutional fund managers.

I initially trained at a mid-sized boutique corporate and commercial law firm in Edinburgh in 2012 and qualified as a Scottish solicitor in 2014. Following this, I worked in-house in the Wealth Management International team of a global bank, advising on a number of multi-jurisdictional mandates involving a global client base.

I first joined Mourant in 2016, before spending time with another local law firm as part of its Investment Funds and Corporate team, and later as in-house counsel for a Jersey-regulated fund services business of an onshore private equity fund manager. I re-joined Mourant in June 2025.
