I am a Director at Mourant Governance Services in Jersey.

I have over 20 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry, including 10 years in the real estate sector.

Prior to joining Mourant Governance Services I spent 10 years at Kennedy Wilson as Vice President, where I was responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of a portfolio of Jersey and UK entities.

Prior to this role, I held positions at Sanne, State Street and Mourant International Finance.

I have significant experience in the administration of a wide range of Jersey and UK vehicles, including the management of financing/re-financing transactions, corporate re-structures and joint ventures.
