I am a Corporate Governance Lawyer in Mourant’s Group Governance team, responsible for the corporate governance of the Group’s entities, including the provision of support to the Group board, its committees, and subsidiary boards.
I qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2013 (currently non-practising) and was previously a Senior Associate in Mourant’s Jersey Funds team.
