I’m a Senior Associate in our Cayman Islands office specialising in banking and finance, capital markets and corporate transactions.

I have deep experience advising on fund finance, structured finance and debt financing matters as well as mergers and acquisitions, SPACs and IPOs.

I also regularly advise on all aspects of Cayman Islands yacht ownership, including vessel registration, implementation of holding structures and yacht financing.

Prior to joining Mourant I worked as a Legal Counsel at BNP Paribas in London and in the banking and finance teams of major law firms in London.
