Vicci Lau

I’m Knowledge Counsel in our Hong Kong office.

I am a former practising lawyer with significant experience in cross-border capital markets and derivatives matters.

My career began in the Capital Markets department of Clifford Chance, followed by roles as a transaction lawyer at HSBC and in the Fixed Income Division of Morgan Stanley.

I later joined the Faculty of Law at The University of Hong Kong as a principal lecturer, where I taught courses including corporate and commercial transactions, contract drafting, and listed companies. I am currently serving as a part-time lecturer at the same faculty.
