I'm a Partner at Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP and Practice Leader of the firm's Hong Kong Litigation and Restructuring & Insolvency teams.

I advise financial institutions, financial advisors and turnaround professionals on all forms of external administrations, restructuring matters and cross-border contentious insolvency issues.

I also advise on security enforcement and general commercial and banking litigation and have over 10 years' experience working in Greater China.
