I’m Counsel in our Guernsey Litigation and Employment practice.

Having begun my career as an employment lawyer, I now also specialise in contentious trust disputes having acted for the trustee, beneficiary or in some case, the protector.

My areas of practice with regards to employment are contentious and non-contentious employment law advising both global and local companies.

I’m part of a team of specialists advising businesses on data protection matters including working with clients to ensure that their policies, procedures and third-party contracts can demonstrate compliance with data protection legislation, drafting information notices to meet the required standards of transparency and advising on the legality of international transfers of personal data.

I am a regular speaker on employment related matters, contribute to articles and provide training to clients with regards to employment law.
