Overview

I’m a Partner of Mourant Ozannes (Jersey) LLP in our Jersey office, advising on Jersey companies, unit trusts, limited partnerships and security interests.

My practice covers corporate, banking and structured finance work, as well as the tax and regulatory treatment of Jersey vehicles.

After training at Pump Court Tax Chambers in London, I moved to Freshfields' London office, where I advised on banking and finance law. I joined Mourant in 2000 and became a Partner in 2004.
