Jon Woolrich

Overview

I’m the Practice Leader of our Corporate team in our Jersey office.

I advise leading US and European private equity firms, global financial institutions and global corporates on a range of transactions, in particular private equity investments, public and private mergers and acquisitions (including schemes of arrangement), IPOs and listings on The International Stock Exchange.

My practice also includes advising on banking transactions, structured finance and general offshore structuring work.

I joined Mourant in 2007 from a leading Scottish firm and became a partner of Mourant Ozannes LP (now Mourant LP) in February 2017.

• Solicitor and Notary Public, Scotland, 2005 (currently non-practising) – not admitted in Jersey
