I’m a Partner of Mourant Law LP and the Practice Leader of our Corporate team in our Jersey office.

I advise leading US and European private equity firms, global financial institutions and global corporates on a range of transactions, in particular private equity investments, public and private mergers and acquisitions (including schemes of arrangement), IPOs and listings on The International Stock Exchange.

My practice also includes advising on banking transactions, structured finance and general offshore structuring work.

Previously at a leading Scottish firm, I joined Mourant in 2007 before becoming a Partner in February 2017.
