Overview

I am part of the Finance & Corporate practice at Mourant Ozannes (Jersey) LLP. I became a partner of Mourant LP in 2021.

During my career, I’ve worked on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, including private M&A, complex equity and debt restructurings, lender and borrower side financing, and have particular expertise and experience in private equity transactions.

Before joining Mourant Ozannes, I was a Senior Associate in London with Taylor Wessing, working in their private equity team.

Professional qualifications

• Solicitor, England and Wales, 2008 (currently non-practising)
• Completed the legal practice course at Nottingham Law School
• Studied for a BA in Law and Politics at the University of Nottingham
