Benjamin Manchak

Counsel

Overview

I'm Counsel in our Guernsey Litigation practice, I’m a dual-qualified US-UK lawyer with broad litigation experience.

I’ve worked in the Office of the Prosecutor, Appeals Unit, at the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia, where I focused on international criminal law.

I also spent three years at leading law firm Pullman & Comley in Connecticut, where I split my time between white-collar crime work and civil/commercial disputes.

After moving to London in 2014, I worked for a UK solicitor, Charles Fussell & Co, specialising in High Court commercial litigation.

In addition to involvement in a wide range of complex contentious matters at trial level in US federal and state court, English High Court and the Guernsey Royal Court, I have notable experience in appellate practice. I’ve argued before state appellate and supreme courts.
