Overview

I’m Chief Governance Officer (CGO) and a Principal for Mourant Governance Services.

I have responsibility for in-house corporate governance across our jurisdictions. I have won international awards for corporate governance and company law. I also act as MLRO and MLCO for our UK business and I previously acted as a director for in-house and client companies. Before becoming CGO, I was our first General Counsel and held that role for four years.

I previously worked as a finance and corporate lawyer for Mourant in Jersey and Hong Kong. I advised on a broad range of transactions including M&A, joint ventures, equity and debt restructurings and lender and borrower side financings. I also completed a secondment with CVC Capital Partners in Hong Kong.

I completed my legal traineeship with Pinsent Masons and qualified as a solicitor into their Corporate and Commercial team.
