Overview

I'm a Consultant based in our Jersey office, specialising in funds and corporate/commercial work. I've worked on many innovative securitisations, asset-backed financing and commercial property financing structures. My investment funds practice focuses on private equity and property funds.

I served as a Jersey Financial Services Commissioner from October 2001 until May 2010.
