I am a Senior Associate in our Cayman Islands Finance and Corporate team.

I have experience in dealing with investment funds, finance, regulatory and general corporate matters. This includes the establishment and management of different vehicles and a range of secondary transactions.

I have been with Mourant since 2015 and have gained valuable experience in my various roles in both governance and legal services.
