I am an Associate in the Jersey Finance and Corporate team.

I advise private equity firms, international banks and other leading financial institutions on a range of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, continuances, restructurings, joint ventures and real estate financings.

I also work within our specialist financial services team advising on regulatory matters including change of control submissions and local licensing issues.

Prior to joining Mourant in 2022, I trained and qualified as a solicitor in Edinburgh with an international corporate law firm.
