I’m a Legal Manager in our Corporate and Investment Funds practice.

My practice focuses on the formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds. I am well-versed in advising on corporate and regulatory compliance matters.

I have experience advising sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, financial institutions, and university endowments in their fund-related activities.

Before joining Mourant, I worked at Cooley in the Fund Formation team in Hong Kong. Prior to that, I worked at JunHe in Hong Kong, advising on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
