Overview

I am a paralegal in the Corporate & Finance team in the Cayman Islands. 

My practice area is focused on the formation, maintenance, and ongoing legal and regulatory compliance of Cayman Islands entities. I also assist with the voluntary winding up of Cayman Islands companies and partnerships for both regulated and unregulated entities.
