Sure Guernsey Marathon social media challenge

Mourant is running a social media challenge in connection with the Sure Guernsey Marathon: Mourant Relay Race taking place on Sunday 19 April 2026 (Challenge). By taking part in the Challenge, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The promoter is Mourant Ozannes (Guernsey) LLP (Mourant). Queries about the challenge can be sent to the marketing team at [email protected] or [email protected].
2. To enter, each team must post a photo of their relay team on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #MourantRelayRace. The post must be visible to Mourant. If a participant has a private account, they may send their photo to Mourant by direct message.
3. By posting an entry, the individual submitting the photo confirms that all identifiable people featured in the photo have agreed to the photo being submitted and confirms that all individuals featured are aged 18 or over.
4. Mourant will select 1 winning team of 5 and 1 winning team of 2. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
5. Each participant in the winning teams will receive a voucher to the value of £50 to be redeemed solely at the Healthspan store at 1 Church Square, Guernsey GY1 2LD. Vouchers are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Redemption of the Voucher may be subject to Healthspan terms and conditions and Mourant shall bear no responsibility in this regard.
6. Winners will be contacted directly through the social media account used to enter. If Mourant does not receive a response within a reasonable time, Mourant may award the Voucher to another eligible team.
7. Photos submitted may be used by Mourant in future promotional activity relating to Mourant’s sponsorship of the event. If any team member would prefer their photo not to be used, please email [email protected]. Mourant will respect any such request and record this appropriately.
8. Mourant may refuse any entry that is incomplete, unlawful, offensive, infringes third party rights or otherwise does not meet the spirit of the Challenge.
9. The Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or Facebook. Participants release Instagram and Facebook from all liability arising from or in connection with their entry.
10. Personal data provided in connection with the challenge will be processed in accordance with Mourant’s privacy notice and the relevant data protection laws in Jersey and Guernsey and carried out based on Mourant’s legitimate interests in promoting its sponsorship and participation in the Sure Guernsey Marathon. This includes handling photos, social media usernames and contact details for the purposes of administering the Challenge and awarding prizes. Personal data will not be retained for longer than necessary for the purposes of the Challenge and related promotional activity and will be processed and retained in accordance with Mourant’s Privacy Notice.
11. Mourant reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Challenge where necessary in its sole discretion.
12. This Challenge is promoted by Mourant only and is separate from the organisation of the Sure Guernsey Marathon.
