Work Experience Scheme

Our Work Experience Scheme is designed for Hong Kong students who are keen to gain first hand insight into careers in law or business services and to better understand how a leading international professional services firm operates.

This unpaid, one week summer placement offers participants the opportunity to experience working life at Mourant in a supportive and collaborative environment. During the programme, you will rotate through a range of our legal practice areas or business services teams, allowing you to explore different functions across the firm and understand how our teams work together to deliver high quality services to clients.

Throughout the week, you will work alongside our experienced and approachable professionals, gain practical, hands on exposure to real work, learn more about the day to day responsibilities within legal and business services roles, and develop a broader understanding of potential career pathways within the firm and the wider professional services industry.

The scheme is ideal for students who are curious, motivated, and interested in exploring whether a future career in law or business services is right for them.
