Proud to be part of Pride

With a focus on visibility at this year's Channel Islands Pride, Mourant is proud to partner with Liberate in bringing a splash of colour to the parade on Saturday 12 September.

As the Parade Flags sponsor, Mourant is providing hundreds of handheld rainbow flags for participants to wave during the parade and at the numerous events running over the weekend.

This year, the inclusive event is being held in Guernsey, just weeks after the island's government approved new laws to ensure inclusivity for everyone. Team Mourant will be celebrating the islands' colourful and diverse community by joining the parade that runs through St Peter Port.

Mourant Guernsey Managing Partner, Matthew Guthrie said: "We're thrilled to be supporting CI Pride 2020 and to bring some additional colour to the weekend events with our donation of rainbow flags. Pride aligns itself with many of our own core values and is a fantastic opportunity to bring everyone together to celebrate diversity in our community.

Holly Tardif, member of the law and governance services firm's LGBTQ+ and Friends employee-led network, has attended previous CI Pride events and knows it will be an amazing day.

CI Pride is a free, inclusive community event open to everyone with a host of events happening over the weekend. Ellie Jones, Liberate CEO and CI Pride Director said:
