ABI is the largest multi-disciplinary, nonpartisan organisation dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. Its membership includes nearly 10,000 attorneys, accountants, bankers, judges, professors, lenders, turnaround specialists and other bankruptcy professionals, providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information.
Jennifer is the Practice Leader of our BVI Litigation team. She specialises in commercial fraud, asset tracing and contentious insolvency.
Jennifer regularly acts in matters involving insolvency practitioners, creditors, companies in distress and corporate service providers, alongside her general commercial litigation practice.
An ABI member since 2021, Jennifer has served as a co-chair of ABI’s International Committee and spoken at ABI events on key international insolvency issues.
“Jennifer’s appointment to the ABI Board of Directors is a significant professional distinction and a clear reflection of the high regard in which she is held across the international insolvency community. It also speaks to the strength and depth of our litigation and insolvency practice, and we are delighted to see her expertise recognised.”
“I am incredibly honoured to join the ABI Board of Directors. ABI plays such an important role in informing and bringing together insolvency professionals, and I look forward to supporting its continued impact, particularly in a cross-border context.”
