Brad Hillson has been named in the private funds category; while Catherine Pham, who heads Mourant’s Cayman Islands Corporate practice was recognised in the investment funds, formation, and regulation categories.
Nicholas Fox, head of the firm’s Cayman Islands Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, was recognised in the insolvency, restructuring and asset tracing categories; while Simon Dickson was recognised for his work in cross-border and domestic and insolvency restructuring.
This latest recognition reflects the depth of Mourant’s Cayman Islands practice and follows a series of recent rankings and accolades for the firm’s Caribbean teams across investment funds, corporate, insolvency and disputes.
