We’re delighted to welcome Angélique Krebs to our firm as Managing Director – Head of Luxembourg Chartered Accountant Entity. Angélique joins our Luxembourg Governance Services practice after more than a decade with one of the Big Four giants.
Angélique is a qualified Chartered Accountant with significant experience in the Luxembourg market, having worked in the Financial Advisory and Accounting Services practice at one of the Big Four professional services firms since 2014. She was made Partner there in 2023.
In addition, Angélique has previously held senior accountant and reporting analysis roles in London and at several organisations across France.
With extensive experience in supporting on a range of finance functions focusing on CFOs’ agendas, Angélique has strong technical knowledge and expertise in the consolidation of various groups under IFRS, INREV, US GAAP and Luxembourg GAAP.
She has been involved in significant transactions and structures representing clients in the areas of private equity, real estate and asset management.

This latest hire follows the announcement in August 2026 that Mourant secured a minority equity investment by MML, a specialist provider of partnership capital. The investment will support Mourant’s continued focus on delivering exceptional client service and will include further investment in technology, and in its people, through enhanced career pathways and the development of next generation talent.
It will also support measured geographic expansion across the world’s leading International Financial Centres, including through carefully selected M&A opportunities, strategic law firm partnerships and lateral hires.
