Mourant continues growth with latest Partner promotions

Rachel Guthrie has been with Mourant for 14 years and specialises in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment and data protection law, advising both global and local companies.

Sam Malpass joined the firm nearly a decade ago and advises many of the world’s leading financial institutions, private equity houses and corporates on a range of high value cross border transactions.

This development follows the recent news of the appointment of Lara Forte as a Partner in Mourant’s growing Luxembourg team. Lara, who specialises in investment funds and related regulatory work, joined the firm at the end of last month (February 2025).
