We would like to congratulate Gabrielle Valerio on her admission to the Luxembourg Bar, marking a significant milestone in her legal career.

Gabrielle is a Junior Associate in our Finance and Corporate practice in Luxembourg. She joined the firm in April 2025 as an intern while completing her Masters in Banking and Financial Law.

She advises on a broad range of investment fund matters, with a particular focus on alternative investment fund structures investing in real estate and private equity. She also assists clients on corporate law and corporate governance matters, including cross-border transactions, restructuring, and liquidations.

Admission to the Luxembourg Bar is a notable professional achievement, reflecting Gabrielle’s dedication, expertise and commitment to the highest standards of legal practice.
