Gabrielle Valerio

I’m a Junior Associate in our Luxembourg Investment Funds and Corporate M&A practice. I advise on a broad range of investment fund matters, including structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operational matters, with a particular focus on alternative investment fund structures investing in real estate, private equity and private debt. I support institutional investors and asset managers on Luxembourg legal and regulatory matters, including relevant EU legislation and ongoing compliance obligations.

I also assist clients on corporate law and corporate governance matters, including cross-border transactions, restructurings and liquidations.

I first joined the firm as an intern in the Banking and Finance practice in April 2025 and subsequently remained with the firm as a lawyer following my admission to the Luxembourg Bar (List II) in September 2026. Prior to joining the firm, I completed several internships, notably at the Nancy Administrative Court of Appeal.
