Mourant Luxembourg expansion to offer broader range of corporate and fund administration services

Mourant, a law firm-led professional services business, is pleased to announce that Mourant Governance Services (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. has been granted its PFS licence by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), positioning it to be able to offer a wider range of corporate and fund administration services in the region. Services include, but are not limited to, domiciliation, corporate structuring, fund administration, fund accounting and tax compliance support. In addition to this exciting development, Mourant has also set up MourantGS Services S.à r.l. to enable the firm to provide a range of standalone services including company secretarial services, accounting and liquidation mandates.
