Sally Gunnell to close Mourant Trusts and Private Wealth Forums 2026

We are excited to announce Sally Gunnell OBE, Olympic gold medallist and one of Britain’s most celebrated athletes, will be the keynote speaker at our 2026 Trusts and Private Wealth Forums in Jersey and Guernsey.

Widely regarded as leading events in the Channel Islands trusts and private wealth calendar, the forums bring together professionals from across the industry for a day of insight, discussion and networking.

The 2026 programme is centred on the theme “From control to continuity: Governing family wealth across generations”, with sessions exploring regulation and governance, trigger events, conflicts and the impact of global developments on private wealth.

Sally is one of Team GB’s most admired sporting figures, and the only woman ever to hold the Olympic, World, European and Commonwealth titles concurrently.

Since retiring from athletics, she has built a successful career as a keynote speaker and wellbeing advocate, sharing lessons on resilience, performance and sustained success with organisations around the world.

Her keynote address will provide delegates with an inspiring perspective on leadership, resilience and adapting to change, drawing on her experience at the highest level of international sport and her work with businesses and teams since leaving the track.

I am very pleased to be joining Mourant’s Trusts and Private Wealth Forums in Jersey and Guernsey. Success in any field often comes down to how you respond to challenges, stay focused on what matters and keep moving forward through change.
