I am an experienced Chartered Secretary and I provide a full suite of corporate secretarial services to a broad range of Singapore corporates, advising them on company formations, statutory administration and annual compliance matters.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked for two other leading offshore law firms where I managed a portfolio of Singapore, Cayman and BVI entities.

I have also held in-house corporate secretarial roles at a tech start up and a foreign bank.
