I am a Governance Manager at Mourant Governance Services, based in London.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked at professional services firms including PwC and TMF, as well as in‑house at Mott MacDonald Limited where I held the role of Deputy Company Secretary.

I spent several years in Hong Kong in the company secretarial industry before relocating to the UK in 2021. I have experience providing governance services across multiple jurisdictions, namely Hong Kong, the UK, the British Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands.
