Beatriz Miguelez

I am a Manager at Mourant Governance Services in Guernsey, having joined the firm in 2025.

Prior to this, I worked at Grant Thornton from 2017 within the Recovery and Reorganisation team, where I developed extensive experience in restructuring, insolvency processes, and complex stakeholder management across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions.

I hold degrees in Law and in Business Administration and Management. As part of my undergraduate Law studies, I spent over a year in Mexico specialising in International Law, which broadened my understanding of cross-border legal frameworks and international regulatory environments. I have also completed an MBA with a specialisation in Project Management and Strategic Direction, further strengthening my ability to support clients with governance, operational oversight, and project-driven initiatives.

I work with a variety of clients across corporate and financial services sectors, supporting them with governance, administration, and organisational needs.

I am fluent in Spanish and English.
