Holly O'Connor

I am a Manager at Mourant Governance Services (UK) Limited, based in London, with experience across private equity and real estate structures.

I began my career in Jersey at Belasko, where I gained experience in a broad range of corporate administration activities. This role provided a strong foundation in governance, operational oversight, and client service within regulated environments.

In January 2021, I relocated to London and joined Mourant, where I have since supported a diverse client portfolio spanning mostly Private Equity and Real Estate. My role involves delivering a wide range of company secretarial and administration services.

I am currently studying towards completion of the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme, supporting my continued professional development within the governance and corporate services sector.
