Benjamin Marshall

I’m Counsel in our Funds practice in Jersey, having joined the firm in 2026.  I advise on the structuring, operation and regulation of investment funds and other investment structures and I have particular experience with large global institutional fund managers.

Prior to joining Mourant, I was a senior associate in the Simpson Thacher Funds Regulatory team.  Earlier in my career, I was an associate in the Clifford Chance Regulatory team for several years, having qualified there in 2018.

I have also completed a number of different client secondments, including to a leading global bank and leading European private equity firm.
