I am a senior transaction management and governance professional with extensive experience supporting global clients across the offshore financial services sector.

Based in Jersey, I specialise in transaction management, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructuring, with a strong focus on delivering commercially sound outcomes within complex regulatory environments.

I currently serve as Head of Transaction Management at Mourant Governance Services in Jersey, where I lead a multi-talented team responsible for client onboarding and the execution of a variety of corporate transactions. My role spans governance advisory, commercial oversight, risk management and client relationship management, ensuring transactions are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with clients’ strategic objectives.

I work closely with boards, investment teams, banks and professional advisers to manage risk, maintain momentum and support informed decision making.

I was Mourant’s first dedicated Transaction Manager and played a key role in establishing and scaling the function into a high performing team supporting private equity, real estate, management incentives, private wealth and general corporate investment structures across multiple jurisdictions, notably Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg and the UK.

Prior to joining Mourant, I held a senior in house legal role at State Street, advising on legal, regulatory, and commercial risk across Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg, and the UK.

Earlier in my career, I practised as a corporate and commercial lawyer in both Guernsey (with Mourant) and South Africa, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex commercial arrangements.

I am a qualified lawyer with degrees in Law and Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch. I am known for my pragmatic, solutions driven approach, calm leadership style, and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders in fast paced, high stakes environments.
