I’m a qualified lawyer who joined Mourant Governance Services in 2016 as a Transactions Manager.

I previously worked as an Associate in our Guernsey Corporate practice until 2012, after which I worked as in-house Counsel for State Street in Jersey.

I have a wealth of corporate legal knowledge and practical experience, gained from several years as a corporate lawyer in South Africa and Guernsey and in-house advising on administration of alternative investment funds.
