I have a background in banking and finance law, with a primary focus on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions.

I have advised securities issuers and financial institutions, as well as private equity funds working in the leveraged buy-out space in the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining Mourant, I worked with Clifford Chance and Kirkland & Ellis in Hong Kong.
