I am Counsel in Mourant’s Luxembourg office and am admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.

I specialise in Luxembourg tax law, advising investment funds, private equity sponsors, real estate investors and multinational groups on the tax aspects of fund structures, cross-border investments, M&A transactions and structured finance arrangements.

My practice includes advising clients on the establishment and restructuring of investment vehicles and the tax considerations arising throughout the investment lifecycle.

I also advise high net worth individuals and family offices on wealth structuring, estate planning and succession matters with an international dimension.

In addition, I regularly assist clients with tax compliance, interactions with the Luxembourg tax authorities and tax disputes.

I joined Mourant in 2023 following Mourant’s combination with LexField, which established the firm’s Luxembourg office.
