I am a Manager in the Group Governance team, responsible for the corporate governance of the Group’s entities, including the provision of support to the Group board, its committees, and subsidiary boards.
I qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland in 2010 (currently non-practising) and have previously worked as a Company Secretary for Lloyds Bank (in Jersey) and Hampden Bank (in the UK).
