Hugo Payer

I am a Junior Associate working in the Corporate and Banking and Finance teams in Luxembourg.

I joined Mourant as an intern in April 2024. After my internship, I chose to continue the adventure and became a Junior Associate in October 2024.

My responsibilities are diverse and include working on cases involving incorporations, migrations and financings.

I also carry out knowledge management tasks, such as creating templates, presenting bi-weekly legal updates or drafting legal newsletters.

Prior to joining Mourant, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Strasbourg, France.
