Jessica Rhodes

I am an Associate in our International Trusts and Private Client practice, based in Guernsey.

I qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2021 (currently non-practising). I joined Mourant in June 2026, having previously practised as an Associate in the Private Client team at Russell-Cooke LLP in London.

My focus is on advising international high-net-worth individuals and families, trust companies, intermediaries, beneficiaries and family offices on a broad range of private client matters, including trusts, foundations, wills, wealth structuring, estate and succession planning, and estate administration.

My practice focuses on helping clients establish, manage and structure wealth-holding arrangements to meet their long-term objectives.

I am committed to providing clear, pragmatic advice that helps clients navigate complex private wealth and succession matters with confidence.

I am a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a global professional body for inheritance, trust and estate advisors.
