I am a Senior Manager within the Global Operations function, responsible for shaping and overseeing the development of company-wide policies and procedures.

I lead initiatives to standardise and streamline jurisdictional processes, with a focus on clarity, practicality, and regulatory compliance. My work ensures that operational frameworks are both effective and aligned with client needs, while leveraging automation to drive consistency, reduce operational friction, and support long-term business efficiency in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

I completed my training contract with Man Group plc, which included a secondment to Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (formerly Herbert Smith).

Prior to joining Mourant Governance Services, I was an Associate Attorney in the Regulatory department of another leading offshore law firm, advising on all key aspects of Cayman Islands regulatory law.
