Sam Dewhurst

I joined Mourant GS in January 2026 as an Associate Director in the Corporate Services team, where I lead the delivery of a full suite of corporate services to a diverse client base. I am responsible for overseeing team performance, maintaining high service standards and building strong, long-term client relationships.

I have over 18 years’ experience in financial services across both offshore and onshore jurisdictions. I am a qualified Chartered Governance Professional and have developed my career in Jersey with leading financial services providers.

I specialise in corporate services, with extensive experience supporting private equity and real estate structures. I work with a broad range of clients, including listed PLCs, global private equity houses and privately owned corporates operating across multiple jurisdictions. My experience includes working with complex structures and providing governance focused, commercially driven support to meet clients’ evolving needs.
