I am a Director within Mourant Governance Services, leading the fund services business in Guernsey. I work with investment managers, fund sponsors and institutional clients across a broad range of alternative asset classes, providing fund administration, governance and operational support throughout the fund lifecycle. Leveraging extensive international experience, I help clients navigate complex regulatory and operational environments, enhance governance frameworks and implement scalable solutions that support long term growth and success.

Over the course of my career, I have developed significant expertise in fund administration, accounting, governance, finance and operational leadership, with responsibility for complex international fund and corporate structures. I have worked across the full fund lifecycle, partnering with boards and key stakeholders to enhance governance standards, deliver operational efficiencies and support sustainable business growth.

My experience covers both open and closed-ended structures investing in venture capital, private equity, private debt, listed equities and digital assets, with exposure to structures domiciled across Guernsey, the Cayman Islands, BVI, Luxembourg, France, Canada, the Middle East and Asia.

I have extensive experience working alongside investors, service providers, auditors, tax advisers and legal teams, and am passionate about delivering high-quality client service while helping clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory and operational environments.
