My practice focuses on complex, high-value disputes, restructuring and insolvency matters involving Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands interests.

I advise listed companies, directors, shareholders, creditors, fund managers, limited partners, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders on substantial multi-party and cross-border mandates, frequently arising from shareholder and corporate control disputes, distressed situations and insolvencies.

My experience includes the enforcement and realisation of security interests, obtaining urgent relief, and advising directors on the navigation of their duties in distressed and contentious circumstances, particularly where corporate governance, creditor interests and potential insolvency intersect with ongoing disputes or restructuring strategies.
