I am an Associate in our Cayman Islands Corporate team. I specialise in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate advisory matters.

I have experience advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Previous transactions include initial public offerings of both operating businesses and special purpose acquisition companies, public and private company M&A transactions, business combinations, capital raisings and other ongoing corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Mourant, I was an Associate at another international offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands.
