I work closely with boards, legal advisers and stakeholders to support corporate governance, distributions, financing arrangements and ongoing regulatory requirements. My experience includes entity management for real estate and investment structures, ensuring compliance with constitutional documents, joint venture agreements and applicable legal frameworks.
