Mourant Governance Services (Jersey) achieves ISAE 3402 Type I status

MourantGS Fund Services (Jersey) Limited (“MourantGS”) has achieved ISAE 3402 Type I status for the design and implementation of its control framework.

The independent assurance report confirms that MourantGS’ controls are suitably designed and fairly presented across its fund administration and accounting services. The attestation covers key areas such as investor servicing, capital call and distribution processes, payment controls, financial reporting, reconciliations, risk management and information security.

Achieving ISAE 3402 Type I provides external validation of the firm’s commitment to robust governance, operational resilience and high quality client service.
