Christopher Harlowe

Overview

I'm a Partner in our Cayman Islands office and Global Practice Leader of the Litigation and Insolvency team. I joined Mourant in 2014 from Speechly Bircham, where I was a Partner and Head of the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency group in London.

I am a recognised expert in contentious and non-contentious insolvency, restructuring and recovery work.

I act for insolvency practitioners, lenders, distressed investors, security holders, directors, shareholders and all other stakeholders affected by financial distress.

Professional qualifications

I was admitted to practise in England and Wales (currently non-practising) in 1986. I was admitted as a Cayman Islands attorney in 2014.
